Retail purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange if they meet the following requirements:
- The item is still sealed (i.e. shrink wrap is still intact) and unused.
- Customer can provide proof of purchase, via a physical receipt or online order on file.
- The item is being returned within 4 weeks of purchase. If the item was purchased more than 4 weeks, but less than 6 months prior to return, the customer may exchange the item for store credit instead of a refund.
Shipped items can be returned if they meet the above requirements. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The return date for shipped items will be considered the date on which customer contacted us about the return. Refund, exchange, or credit will be issued upon the item’s arrival at Across The Board Game Cafe. We do not guarantee shipped return’s arrivals.
We ship throughout Canada and the USA. Packages are shipped through Canada Post, and rates and shipping times are determined by them. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Customers will be provided tracking numbers for applicable shipping services (this covers most parcel and expedited services, but not letter mail). We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged once they have left our store.
